The three cottages at Gites Boutique have been newly renovated to the highest standard using the finest materials, whilst retaining all the original features.
They are set within 4.5 acres of beautiful grounds and are surrounded by stunning views of the undulating countryside down to the village of Villamblard.
The historic village of Villamblard is 1 km away with a weekly market, local butcher, artisan boulangerie-patisserie, bar/restaurant and village shop.
With the exclusive use of the heated swimming pool, gym, and "The Lounge" with covered terrace and uninterrupted views over the Dordogne, Gites Boutique makes the perfect retreat all year round.


​The Lounge is a barn that has recently been given a new identity whilst still retaining the stunning wooden beams and stone walls which run throughout.
It has three areas; a large comfortable seating and reading area, a dining area, which can accommodate up to 12 people, and a small play area. It also boasts a Boudoir Grand piano.
The Lounge has three double french doors which lead out to a covered sun terrace and seating area which runs alongside the whole length of the barn. 
​This is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine watching the sunset and admiring the spectacular panoramic view of the Dordogne countryside.
On the other side, overlooking the pool, relax on the comfy sofas - a lovely place to sit at night. With the outdoor lighting, the pool lit up and candles lit it really does create a lovely atmosphere. 


THE COTTAGE (Sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom) has one bedroom with a luxurious shower room.
It has a large lounge, oak kitchen and dining area, perfect to relax and enjoy an evening meal. The lounge has a stone fireplace with a woodburner for those cold but cosy nights.
There are two outside eating areas. One is a beautiful sun terrace under a wisteria covered pergola which is perfect for breakfast.
The other seating area is perfect for drinks in the early evening and dinner as it has spectacular views over the Dordogne countryside stretching down to the village of Villamblard.
The Cottage is a very romantic and cosy place to stay and it is ideal for two people aswell as a couple with a baby.
