Villa EVA comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests (10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children).

The entire concept of the villa has been thoughtfully designed around visual harmony and sensory well-being, creating a peaceful environment where guests can fully relax and unwind in an exceptional setting.

With 300m² of living space, the villa features five elegant suites, each with its own shower room, toilet, and dressing area.

The bright and spacious living areas are tastefully furnished with carefully selected pieces and all enjoy stunning sea views.

A spectacular 15-metre heated infinity pool overlooks the sea and the Genoese tower, surrounded by generous terraces fitted with high-quality outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing in comfort.

A fully equipped gym with modern equipment is available for fitness enthusiasts, while a shaded outdoor kitchen allows for easy al fresco cooking.

During July and August, fresh bread and pastries are delivered each morning by your host.

A curated selection of fine wines and champagnes is also available via the villa’s wine cellar list.

The Accommodation
The villa offers a large living room with views over the bay, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry containing additional equipment including a refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, and ice maker, as well as a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the outdoor dining area and the terraces surrounding the 15-metre heated infinity pool. A fully retractable corner window in the living room enhances the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The views across Pinarellu Bay and the Genoese tower are ever-present throughout the property.

The outdoor dining space, set within the garden, comfortably seats up to 12 guests and is equipped with a work surface, sink, and a large Napoleon barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals while taking in the scenery.

A fully equipped fitness room with professional-grade equipment is also available.

The Suites
Villa EVA offers five individually styled suites, each featuring a dressing room, private bathroom, and toilet.

All suites open onto terraces or outdoor areas and enjoy views of the sea and/or surrounding mountains. Each room is uniquely inspired by Corsica and its iconic landscapes.

Exteriors
The villa’s 15-metre heated infinity pool, secured with a submerged cover, faces directly towards the bay and the Genoese tower.

Expansive Ipe wood terraces, oriented towards both the sea and mountains, provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Sun loungers are positioned throughout to make the most of the views.

The landscaped garden has been carefully designed with native Mediterranean plants and trees, including olive, mulberry, plane trees, rosemary, jasmine, and more—enhancing the peaceful and sensory experience of the property.

For leisure and social moments, guests can also enjoy a pétanque court within the grounds.
