Les Trois Canards is a collection of three self-contained cottages/gîtes, each offering comfortable accommodation with access to a private swimming pool, attractive gardens, outdoor dining areas, and BBQ facilities. Two of the cottages feature three bedrooms (sleeping up to 6 on the first floor), while the third offers two bedrooms (sleeping 4 on the ground floor).
A large shared games and dining space includes table tennis, table football, and darts—perfect for groups of family and friends. Refurbished in 2023, the gîtes are fully equipped for a relaxing stay, with air conditioning, heating, and WiFi throughout. Outside, there is a play area with swings, a slide, and space for boules.

Additional Information
The entrance driveway and approximately two acres of communal gardens are shared only with Sakura, the main house, which together form the La Châtaigneraie estate. Each property maintains its own private garden, pool, and clearly defined boundaries.
The Area
Located in the heart of the French countryside, the nearest market town is Saint-Maixent-l’École, just 10km (around 15 minutes’ drive), offering a large supermarket and a variety of local shops. The village of Saint-Georges-de-Noisné, only 3km away, has a small shop for essentials including food and wine.
The area is perfect for walking, cycling, and relaxing, with beautiful scenery and memorable sunrises and sunsets. A car is recommended for exploring.
Saint-Maixent-l’École also has a railway station on the TGV line, providing direct access to Paris in approximately two hours.
