11 km north - west of Bergerac, the "Domaine du Roc", a property of absolute calm and SERENITY.  
We offer two characterful gîtes, open all year round. They can be rented separately or together while maintaining their privacy. 
The property is closed by a gate to the street, each gite has its own parking area near the house, its own private enclosed garden and in the latter its own private heated swimming pool (8x4) which is completely secure and out of sight. There are sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine, the south terraces - equipped with a table, chairs, parasol and Weber barbecue. 
In the centre of the property there is a private outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a Nordic bath to be booked on site.
In the property there is a children's playground, a table tennis table and a tennis table.
Entering the fully air-conditioned gîte, the dining room, living room and open kitchen form a large living space.

On the ground floor, next to the bathroom, there is a double bedroom with TV-DVD.

On the first floor, opposite the staircase is the bathroom, double bedroom on the left and on the right a twin bedroom.
Double glazing and electric shutters provide comfort and thermal insulation.
