Lovely gite, very comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Peaceful small village location. Owners nearby, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but respecting your privacy.

We have just returned from another fabulous stay at Walnut Tree Gite, the first being two years ago. It was every bit as good as our previous stay, and so enjoyable to be back in the peaceful, secluded and stunning garden. The private heated pool is such a bonus, and lovely to spend the day around. The gite is so welcoming - it is full of character, and stylishly furnished. It is very well equipped with quality kitchen utensils and beautiful bed linen. Tina and Graeme have thought of everything - the provide a sumptuous welcome pack of bottles of wine, homemade cake, chutney, preserves, freshly laid eggs from their chickens, plus all the other essentials. It is super dog friendly, with a safe and secluded garden - our dog loves being there as much as we do, and was so happy to be back and see Tina & Graeme again! Dogs get their own welcome back too. Tina & Graeme are the best of hosts, they will leave you to be, or are more than happy to have a chat and help with anything. We can't think of anything else that would have improved our stay - it is just perfect!

Endlich hatten wir es in die Bretagne geschafft.....und dann noch an einen Ort, der es uns ermöglichte den Urlaub vollends zu genießen....Lieben Dank an Tina und Grae.....

We were guests at The Walnut Tree from 1 to 15 June. This house feels like coming home. And that is because of the incredible hospitality of Tina and Graeme. A lovely welcome package will be ready
upon arrival. There was even a package ready for our dog Saar!
The house has been furnished with a lot of love and care. Beautiful and good furniture, the same applies to crockery, cutlery, pans, bed linen, towels and beach towels. Everything has been thought of.
Around the house there is a beautifully quiet garden with many flower borders. A feast for birds, insects and the guests. And in the garden there is a nice, warm swimming pool.
The Morbihan is a beautiful region to explore. In the Walnut Tree you will find plenty of information for trips nearby and further afield.
In our opinion, highly recommended. Tina and Graeme, many thanks for your good care and a paw from Saar.

A pretty damn perfect holiday.
Spent two sunny weeks here with my wife, her mother and our pet cockerpoo Hector.
Property is beautifully decorated and equipped with all mod cons. Spacious kitchen, living room and dining room. TV with free view.
Really nice welcome pack, all bedding and towels provided. Private pool which the owners cleaned twice daily.
Garden is beautifully kept and much of this is due to the owners Tina and Graham living next door and are able to ensure the place remains to a high standard throughout the season. We spent a lot of time chilling in the garden: there are loads of seating areas to ensure you can remain in sunspots all day. Gas fired barbecue ensured lots of good home cooking on nights we didn’t dine out.
The owners, were a truly lovely couple who genuinely want you to enjoy your holiday. We found them to be helpful and thoughtful without being obtrusive.
The property is well located for day excursions and there is an info book which shows you all the laces to visit. Highly recommend doing the Western triangle and visiting the beaches.
The gite has clear become popular and availability fills up quickly. Best to book well in advance.

Thank you both for a fabulous break away from it all. Walnut Tree is a real home from home and we have loved every minute.

Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing week at Walnut Tree Gite. We have thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful garden and the lovely pool. All the hard work you have put into Walnut Tree Gite and the gardens, you have created a fantastic place to stay.
We have enjoyed exploring Brittany, we loved Vannes, Auray and Larmor Plage. Thank you for recommending La Tourelle in Melrand we had a great lunch there.

A stay at Walnut Tree Gite has been a holiday without compromise
Basically, Tina and Graham have got it 100% right.
Beautiful location, great little towns near by, and
fabulous walks along the Blavett
The cottage, is loved, well presented and well equipped.
No compromise with the beds, they were the most comfortable, with good quality bedding and towels
We slept so well.
No compromise in the kitchen, again nicely presented, and fully equipped, with knives sharp enough to cut with, a first in 20 years of gite holidays, also plenty of tea towels, another first.
No compromise, or studying wordy instructions manuals, the dishwasher and washing machine had easily understood laminated instructions.
With two bathrooms and three toilets, no queues, or crossed legs.
No compromise in the garden, this a loved and well cared for garden, with different sunny spots, and seating areas, and of course the pool is a great addition, and something we used daily.
No compromise on the Gite's information booklet, it was well written, very informative, with information that you actually need, with personal recommendations about restaurants and places to visit
And finally Tina and Graham were warm, friendly, helpful and available, but never intrusive
