This charming holiday home is ideally situated just 3km from the pretty hamlet of Puy d’Arnac and only 8 km from the beautiful market town of Beaulieu sur Dordogne. It's elevated position boasts stunning views of the Sourdoire Valley and the towers of Curemonte’s Chateaux.

The ancient stone staircase of the cottage leads to the front door, which gives access to the spacious living room containing a wood burning stove, exposed stone walls, oak beams, and wooden floors. Here you will find Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD and a collection of books and games. From the living room, 3 steps lead you down to the open plan kitchen and dining area. The well equipped kitchen includes gas hob, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. Doors give access onto the pretty terrace and outdoor dining area. The first floor of the cottage consists of one double and one twin bedroom with ample space for third bed or cot, sharing a bathroom with bath/shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The grounds of Les Fardines boast a 9 x 4 m heated swimming pool which has a Roman end which provides the ideal paddling area for younger children. A large terrace filled with garden furniture surrounds the pool. Mature Oak trees shield the terrace at the front of the house which would make a further dining area with stunning views over the garden and countryside.
