Ground Floor

Main entrance leading to large hallway and with hand made stairs up to the first floor. Large double/triple bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double sink.  Double doors lead from the bedroom to a terrace area in front of the house. There is also a laundry room on this floor.

First Floor

The large open plan living/dining room with fitted kitchen is full of character and furnished with leather sofas and arm chair, large dining table seating 8-10, satellite TV and DVD. The original fireplace has a wood-burning stove, ideal for spring and autumn evenings.

One door leads from the living area out onto the pool terrace, while the rear door leads down to the back garden. On this level there is also a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Attic Floor

The handmade staircase leads to the attic floor where there are two spacious bedrooms, one double with 160 bed and one with three single beds. These two bedrooms share a shower room

Other Facilities

The house is surrounded by garden and walnut orchards (Les Noyers!) and the large 10 x 5 metre pool with roman end is situated to the front of the house surrounded by a large terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers, barbecue, badminton net and lovely poolside flower garden

Location

Les Noyers is in the tiny hamlet of Lascombes (three properties in total!) just 3km from Meyssac where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and a twice weekly market. Within 20 minutes you can be on the Dordogne River, visiting numerous beautiful villages including Collonges la Rouge, Turenne and Martel, visiting caves or just enjoying the beautiful countryside.

For the more active there are 3 golf courses within and hours drive, tennis courts in Meyssac (as well as a large outdoor pool if you ever get bored of your own private pool!), bicycles for hire and lots of wonderful walks.
