Offering 3 bedrooms all with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely open plan living area, this villa is a perfect place for a family holiday in the Languedoc (Occitanie) area of France. within 15 minutes of the beautiful Renaissance Pezenas or Clermont Herault (great Wednesday market!)
Only 15km away from the large lake at Salagou which is great for swimming and picnics. The South of France beaches are only 35 km away.

Entrance to this villa is via a private driveway with electric gates and a video intercom.
The Ground Floor
The open plan dining area with French doors out onto the terrace also leads into the comfortable air-conditioned living room, with leather sofas, TV which has UK channels, French doors that open out onto the outdoor terrace and the villa's private pool.
The villa is furnished with an eclectic collection of souvenirs from travels around the world, including a fabulous hat collection!
A separate kitchen, which is fully equipped is next to the dining area, a utility room houses the washing machine.

Ground floor Master bedroom (Bedroom 1) with King size bed, air-conditioning, wooden floors, dressing room, French windows out onto the terrace and pool. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and wc.

This charming villa is in a fabulous spot sitting in 2900M2 of gardens, surrounded by fragrant pine trees and flowering Mediterranean plants.
The large private pool, 12m x 6m, has steps at one end and a ladder access at the opposite end. There is a cover to keep the heat in if necessary. Plenty of sunlougers to enjoy the South of France sunshine.
An outdoor shower is by the pool area.
The 120 m2 terrace has a glass dining table to comfortably seat 8, a retractable awning offers shade if required along with parasols.
Within the garden there are various seating areas, including 2 hammocks strung between the pine trees, the perfect place for an afternoon siesta!
