Deluxe two bedroom Dordogne Gite Rental located 15km from Sarlat - Magnolia

Covid 19 if you are unable to travel to your holiday because of Covid 19 restrictions we promise to refund your deposit and your balance if it has been paid. You could if you wanted to defer your holiday until the following year. To protect our customers and staff during this pandemic we have put in place additional cleaning on site and in the Gites. We have contact less arrivals. Areas around the pool are segregated for individual families and we have sanitising stations around the site. Our protocols are under constant review and we adhere to local and National Guidance.

Les Gites de Carlux is set in a 2½ acre site surrounded on 2 sides by woods. The site enjoys spectacular views over the village of Carlux and its XIII century château.

The 12 properties on the site range from one bedroom to three bedrooms, they are all individually owned and each has been fully renovated to ensure a comfortable holiday home.

Our two bedroom  Gites are very spacious, sleeping 2 to 6 people with large living rooms and generously sized bedrooms. Each has a private terrace with garden furniture, and barbecue.

There is a full range of onsite facilities including a large heated swimming pool, large sun terraces, badminton court, table tennis, boules, table football and darts. There are three playgrounds including a special area for the under 6’s.

Les Gites de Carlux, situated 2km from the Dordogne river and 15km from Sarlat and Souillac provides an ideal base to enjoy one of France's most beautiful regions. Within 40 minutes drive you will find many of the Dordogne and Lot's principal sites including Rocamadour, Les Eyzies, Domme, Beynac and Lascaux.

General

The Gîte is fully equipped. There are two single sofa beds in the living room. All linen, tea towels, towels and pool towels (during the swimming season) are provided.

The kitchen has a full range of crockery, glasses, cooking utensils and is equipped with fridge, microwave, cooker hob with 4 gas rings and an exterior barbecue. 

There is parking for one car located at the rear of the Gite.
