Superb Chateau with Private Pool in Cahuzac-sur-Vere, Tarn - Ideal for Family and Friends Reviews

We stayed here for one night in August. Absolutely loved every bit of it. The dreamy location, the chateau, the rooms, the restaurant, the service. All incredibly good quality and great value too. Go - you won’t be disappointed.

Wow what a meal! This was a really special dinner. The food was amazing, and the wine pairings were fantastic. We especially loved the desert with the basil ice cream. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely vineyards and gardens. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Every aspect of our stay at Chateau Salettes was thoroughly enjoyable. This was due to the friendly, professional service, the seasonal, innovative cuisine and the beautiful setting in a spectacular vineyard. Highly recommended.

Excellent meal with New Mexican chef and her husband. Open for lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Best meal I had in a long time. Every dish was like a painting and the taste amazing. The Château de Salettes in Cahuzac-sur-Vère was a gourmet restaurant when I visited the place in February 2012. I thought it was very good.
The picturesque estate in a vineyard is set in beautiful countryside.
