Guests wishing to explore slightly further afield than just the expansive grounds, are ideally situated as the cottage is 1 mile from Le Petit Pressigny which has a bakery, butcher, post office and, La Promenade, one of the best restaurants in Europe serving fantastic regional cuisine.
For wine lovers the local vineyard is just 15 minutes drive. Explore the picturesque historical villages of Chauvigny and Angles-sur-L' Anglin and Ville Fleurie, or gaze in wonder at the majestic beauty of the many Chateau's.
For guests seeking a more active holiday, the beautiful Loire Valley countryside makes the ideal playground. Canoeing, kayaking, swimming and tennis are available in Le Grand Pressigny, golf can be found at La Roche Possay, whilst hikers and cyclists could make use of the numerous infrequently used bridle paths. Check-in time is between 4pm and 9pm. If guests wish to arrive outside these times please contact us.
Cottages should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
We require a 20% deposit with your booking and the full balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A returnable breakage deposit of £200 or €250 euros is required with your final balance. Local Tourist Tax is charged at 1€ per adult per night.
