In the heart of the Côtes d'Armor in Brittany, surrounded by nature and a few minutes from the sea, nestle three charming gîtes and a guest room with authentic architecture.
Adeline and Simon – he is originally from the region – took up the activity as a family, after a tour of Europe, from Iceland to the Peloponnese. The desire to open a welcoming place open to the world, friendly and conducive to contemplation, reflection and creation, imposed itself on them.
Their wish: to create a place with a simple and authentic atmosphere, a refuge where you can spend quality moments with your loved ones.
The ideal location of the place allows travelers to discover the surrounding wild nature, the coastal path and the cliffs of Plouha, the beauty of the region, between Paimpol, the Île de Bréhat, Saint-Quay-Portrieux and the bay of Saint Brieuc.
A wellness area is available with Nordic bath.
A comfortable and intimate place to discover as a couple or in a small group.
Le Grand Cyprès - Gîte for 5 Persons
The lodging for large families awaits you for an iodized break, sea, beach, stroll along the coast and on the famous highest cliffs in Brittany. A Country Chic decoration for this spacious gîte. To share with family, friends or two. Nestled at the corner of the farmhouse, this charming stone cottage opens its terrace onto a beautiful hundred-year-old tree. The cypress dominates the park with its protective stature. The large and comfortable living rooms are enlivened by elegant and friendly furniture. A staircase leads upstairs to a powdery romantic atmosphere. The bright rooms await the children's nap after the games in the park. The linens are smooth, neat, for the sake of comfort and beauty. From their windows, the view plunges into the surrounding countryside. Sun loungers await lazy hours and the barbecue for family evenings. The big cypress: it's the smell of hay, honey and wax, a dream vacation.

735 Euros to 1365 Euros.
June, July, August and September - priority for 14-day stay.
Short stay rate in low season - February, March, November - cleaning required: €50 to €80/stay.
Price 1 night - 150€
From 5 days = -15% on the price of the stay / 6 days = -7%

Deposit : 50% of the stay.
Balance : 45 days before arrival.
Security deposit : €300
Charges included : water - electricity - gas Compressed logs for gîtes with wood stoves from September 15 to May 15. 2 boxes of 8 logs (or equivalent) free. Supplement: €10 per box

Bathroom linen rental : €10/person/stay depending on the number of people.
Breakfast in the gîte at the price of €17 per person. To be ordered 24 hours in advance.
