Discover Le Mas de Rosemarie, a charming hamlet of four beautiful holiday villas located in Joucas, in the heart of the Luberon in Provence. Each villa is fully air-conditioned and features a private pool, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Whether you are looking for a villa rental for a family holiday or a getaway with friends or with a group, our homes can accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Mas de Rosemarie consists of 4 luxury holiday homes. Two houses – the Mas and the Cottage – can be connected to form one spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests. In total, we can welcome up to 24 guests, spread across four houses. Ideal for; large families, multiple families travelling together, groups of friends, anniversaries or family celebrations. Extra beds or baby cots? We will be happy arrange them.
Our estate offers plenty of space and facilities to enjoy time together; spacious gardens and charming terraces, heated swimming pools, a pétanque court, a tennis court and table tennis.Would you like to make your stay even easier? For groups of up to 24 people we can arrange a private chef who will prepare a delicious dinner for you in our cosy summer kitchen. Of course, you can also cook yourselves and enjoy dining together on one of the terraces.

LA BASTIDE

Ideal for up to 6 guests, this villa near Gordes is perfect for a relaxing stay while exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the region. Located in an exceptional setting, it offers a wonderful blend of nature, tranquillity and the Provençal art of living.
ABOUT THE VILLA
The open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area is bright and spacious, with glass doors opening onto the terrace. There are two large comfortable sofas, a dining table seating 8, and a fully fitted kitchen.
A flat-screen smart TV, Satelite Tv ( Freeview) and Sonos music streamer. Free WiFi is available throughout.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The terrace is shaded by a vine-covered canopy and includes a seating area, a dining table for 8, and a Weber barbecue. The private swimming pool (11m x 4m) is surrounded by traditional Provençal stone.
The sunset views over the village of Gordes are particularly spectacular.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom features a super king-size four-poster bed (190cm x 200cm), with an en-suite bathroom including bath, shower, double sink, and toilet. Bed linen, high-quality quilts and towels are provided.
The second and third bedrooms can be arranged as super king doubles or twins, depending on your needs. They share a large modern bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet.
LIVING SPACES

GARDEN & TERRACE
Heated swimming pool (11m x 4m), large terrace with shaded seating area, outdoor dining for 8, lounge seating with sofa and armchairs, Weber gas BBQ, 6 sunbeds.

Large American fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. Fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery.

WiFi throughout, satellite TV (Freeview), HD flat screen smart TV, WIFI Sonos music streamer and a selection of board games and cards.

The summer kitchen in the main courtyard is shared between the four villas with board games.
