LA BASTIDE
Looking for a villa rental in the Luberon with a pool, charm and comfort? La Bastide is a contemporary villa combining modern amenities with Provençal character. Fully equipped and air-conditioned, it features a private heated pool and open views over the Luberon, in Joucas.

Ideal for up to 6 guests, this villa near Gordes is perfect for a relaxing stay while exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the region. Located in an exceptional setting, it offers a wonderful blend of nature, tranquillity and the Provençal art of living.

ABOUT THE VILLA
The open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area is bright and spacious, with glass doors opening onto the terrace. There are three large comfortable sofas, a dining table seating 8, and a fully fitted kitchen.

A flat-screen TV (with British Freeview), DVD player, and CD player with iPod dock are provided. Free WiFi is available throughout.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The terrace is shaded by a vine-covered canopy and includes a seating area, a dining table for 8, and a good-sized barbecue. The private swimming pool (11m x 4m) is surrounded by traditional Provençal stone.

The sunset views over the village of Gordes are particularly spectacular.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom features a super king-size four-poster bed (190cm x 200cm), with an en-suite bathroom including bath, shower, double sink, and toilet. Bed linen, high-quality quilts and towels are provided.

The second and third bedrooms can be arranged as super king doubles or twins, depending on your needs. They share a large modern bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet.

LIVING SPACES
Ground floor open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with dining table for 8 and two large sofas.

GARDEN & TERRACE
Heated swimming pool (11m x 4m), large terrace with shaded seating area, outdoor dining for 8, lounge seating with sofa and armchairs, Weber gas BBQ, 6 sunbeds and 2 deck chairs.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
Large American fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker, Smeg electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso Inissia machine. Fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery.

COMMUNICATION & ENTERTAINMENT
WiFi throughout, British satellite TV (Freeview), HD flat screen TV, DVD player (with large DVD library in the summer kitchen), iPod dock, CD player, and a selection of board games and cards.

Travel cot, high chair and baby gate available.

Central heating, portable electric fans on request, and a large open fireplace with starter supply of logs and kindling.

SUMMER KITCHEN (SHARED)
The summer kitchen in the main courtyard is shared between the four villas and includes a DVD library, board games and tourist information.

LINEN & HOUSEKEEPING
All linen, sheets and towels are provided. Daily cleaning is available on request at an additional cost.

WELCOME
Guests are personally welcomed on arrival, shown around the villa, and provided with keys. Assistance is available throughout your stay for any questions or local recommendations.
