Whether you are looking for a villa rental for a family holiday or a getaway with friends or with a group, our homes can accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Mas de Rosemarie consists of 4 luxury holiday homes. These two houses – the Mas and the Cottage – can be connected to form one spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests. In total, we can welcome up to 24 guests, spread across four houses. Ideal for; large families, multiple families travelling together, groups of friends, anniversaries or family celebrations. Extra beds or baby cots? We will be happy arrange them.
Our estate offers plenty of space and facilities to enjoy time together; spacious gardens and charming terraces, heated swimming pools, a pétanque court, a tennis court and table tennis.Would you like to make your stay even easier? For groups of up to 24 people we can arrange a private chef who will prepare a delicious dinner for you in our cosy summer kitchen. Of course, you can also cook yourselves and enjoy dining together on one of the terraces.

THE MAS
A renovated traditional farmhouse for 8 people with a heated swimming pool and private landscaped garden. The large bay window in the living room opens onto a spacious shaded terrace with a dining area and summer lounge. Amenities include satellite smart TV, and a music streaming station. Wi-Fi access. With its exposed beams and bay window, the large, fully equipped Provençal-style kitchen overlooks the garden. A washing machine and additional storage are located in the adjoining utility room. The terrace, paved with traditional terracotta tiles, offers breathtaking views of the Luberon mountains. It features a table for 8 and a barbecue. From the garden and the large round swimming pool (9 meters in diameter), the village of Roussillon can be seen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a fully renovated en-suite bathroom. The two other upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a shower, and a double vanity. A new, cozy bedroom is now available on the ground floor of the house. It features a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) and a private bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet.
THE COTTAGE
Traditional cottage, the original residence of the property, accommodating up to 6 people, with its small swimming pool and private garden planted with olive trees. The cottage has three bedrooms. The warmly decorated living room leads to the terrace and the pool, a 6x4m swimming pool surrounded by lavender and bordered by olive trees. The fully equipped kitchenette opens onto the dining room and an adjoining laundry room where a second refrigerator is available. The two larger bedrooms are located on the ground floor. They feature king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) and recently renovated bathrooms. Both bedrooms open onto small private terraces furnished with tables and chairs. A small spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom, located in the attic space. Equipped with a washbasin and toilet, it is ideal for children. The house is equipped with wifi, a flat screen smart TV, satellite TV, and a music streaming station.
If there are more than 14 of you, you might want to consider renting the Bastide and/or the Little House as well.
THE BASTIDE
A contemporary Provençal bastide accommodating 6 people with a swimming pool and private landscaped garden. The large bay window in the living area opens onto a superb sheltered terrace shaded by a vine-covered pergola. There you will find large sofas, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi access and a music streaming station. The swimming pool (11 x 4 meters) features attractive stone edging bordered by cherry trees. At sunset, you can enjoy spectacular views of the village of Gordes. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with contemporary décor, a bathtub, shower, and double vanity. Bed linen and towels are provided. Depending on your needs, the two other bedrooms can be used as double rooms (king-size beds) or twin rooms. They share the same bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a double sink.
THE LITTLE HOUSE
A small house accommodating four people, featuring a heated swimming pool and a large landscaped garden. Separated from the other three houses, the cottage is surrounded by a large enclosed garden with mature oak and olive trees. The ground floor comprises a kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, small dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and microwave. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, which also includes a flat-screen smart TV, satellite TV and a music streaming station. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a fully renovated shower room. The cottage boasts a large terrace, a solarium overlooking the village of Joucas, and a 7-meter diameter above-ground swimming pool nestled beneath a beautiful lawn.
