Discover Le Mas de Rosemarie, a delightful hamlet of four charming holiday villas set in Joucas, in the heart of the Luberon in Provence. Each villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with its own private pool, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Whether you are looking for a villa rental for a family holiday or a getaway with friends or with a group, our homes can accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Mas de Rosemarie consists of 4 luxury holiday homes. Two houses – the Mas and the Cottage – can be connected to form one spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests. In total, we can welcome up to 24 guests, spread across four houses. Ideal for; large families, multiple families travelling together, groups of friends, anniversaries or family celebrations. 

Our estate offers plenty of space and facilities to enjoy time together; spacious gardens and charming terraces, heated swimming pools, a pétanque court, table tennis, a cosy summer kitchen. Would you like to make your stay even easier? For groups of up to 24 people we can arrange a private chef who will prepare a delicious dinner for you.

LE COTTAGE
Looking for a holiday home in the Luberon that blends Provençal charm with modern comfort and a private pool? Le Cottage is the oldest house in the Mas de Rosemarie hamlet. Formerly home to a local farmer and his family, it has been beautifully renovated to offer modern amenities while retaining its character.

The property accommodates up to 6 guests and features a private heated pool (available from May to September), making it an ideal choice for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Luberon.

Enjoy the charm and authenticity of Provence in this lovingly restored home—perfect for families or small groups of friends.

The cottage features a cosy, warmly decorated sitting room that opens onto the terrace and a bassin-style pool (6m x 4m), surrounded by greenery and an olive tree. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with an adjoining dining area. There is also a laundry room and an additional larger fridge.

The two main bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with super king-size beds (190cm x 200cm) and recently updated en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms have their own private terraces with tables and chairs.

A charming wooden spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom in the eaves, offering views over the pool. It includes a wash basin and WC (no shower) and is especially popular with children.

The property includes WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV, satellite TV, and a music streamer..

This cottage offers a warm and inviting living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace, a Mediterranean-style garden, and a private heated pool. It provides an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful villages of the Luberon, including Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, and Ménerbes.

WELCOME (RÉCEPTION)
Guests are personally welcomed on arrival. We are there to greet you, show you around the property, hand over the keys, and answer any questions. We remain available throughout your stay for assistance or local recommendations.

KITCHEN
Two fridges (one small and one large fridge/freezer), electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and sink. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.

WiFi throughout, Satellite TV (Freeview), HD flat screen  smart TV, music streamer and a selection of board games and cards.

CLIMATE CONTROL
Portable electric fans, electric radiators, heated towel rails, large open fireplace in the entrance hall, and a wood-burning stove in the sitting room. Starter supply of logs and kindling provided.

Swimming pool (6m x 4m), 4 sunbeds, 2 deck chairs, covered terrace, dining table with benches for 6, and Weber gas BBQ.
