Discover Le Mas de Rosemarie, a charming hamlet of four beautiful holiday villas located in Joucas, in the heart of the Luberon in Provence. Each villa is fully air-conditioned and features a private pool, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our villas are just minutes from Gordes, Roussillon, Ménerbes and Bonnieux.

Whether you are looking for a villa rental for a family holiday or a getaway with friends or with a group, our homes can accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Mas de Rosemarie consists of 4 luxury holiday homes. Two houses – the Mas and the Cottage – can be connected to form one spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests. In total, we can welcome up to 24 guests, spread across four houses. Ideal for; large families, multiple families travelling together, groups of friends, anniversaries or family celebrations. 

Our estate offers plenty of space and facilities to enjoy time together; spacious gardens and charming terraces, heated swimming pools, a pétanque court, table tennis, a cosy summer kitchen. Would you like to make your stay even easier? For groups of up to 24 people we can arrange a private chef who will prepare a delicious dinner for you.

THE LITTLE HOUSE
The most intimate property in the hamlet, The Little House accommodates up to 4 guests across two double bedrooms. It features a spacious garden surrounded by oak trees, offering peace and seclusion. A private heated pool, available from May to September, completes this idyllic setting for a relaxing stay in Provence.

A cosy and private retreat, perfect for unwinding in a shaded garden in the heart of Provence.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The ground floor also includes WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV with Satellite channels and a wifi music streamer.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a recently renovated bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.

The ground floor opens onto a large terrace and sun deck with views across the local village of Joucas. The garden includes an above-ground swimming pool (7m diameter), partially set into the for a more natural feel.

WELCOME (RÉCEPTION)
Guests are personally welcomed on arrival. We are there to greet you, show you around the property, provide the keys, and assist with any questions. We remain available throughout your stay for support or local advice.

With a fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, eletric kettle , filter coffee machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, glassware, and cutlery.

WiFi throughout, Satellite TV (Freeview), HD flat screen, wifi music streamer, plus a selection of board games and cards.
