THE LITTLE HOUSE
The most intimate property in the hamlet, The Little House accommodates up to 4 guests across two double bedrooms. It features a spacious garden surrounded by oak trees, offering peace and seclusion. A private heated pool, available from May to September, completes this idyllic setting for a relaxing stay in Provence.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The ground floor also includes WiFi, a flat-screen TV with British satellite channels, DVD player, CD player, and iPod dock.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a recently renovated bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.

The ground floor opens onto a large terrace and sun deck with views across the local village of Joucas. The garden includes an above-ground swimming pool (7m diameter), partially set into the الأرض for a more natural feel.

WELCOME (RÉCEPTION)
Guests are personally welcomed on arrival. We are there to greet you, show you around the property, provide the keys, and assist with any questions. We remain available throughout your stay for support or local advice.

Large American fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker, Smeg electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso Inissia coffee machine. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, glassware, and cutlery.

COMMUNICATIONS & ENTERTAINMENT
WiFi throughout, British satellite TV (Freeview), HD flat screen TV, DVD player (with large DVD library in the summer kitchen), iPod dock, CD player, plus a selection of board games and cards.
