Whether you are looking for a villa rental for a family holiday or a getaway with friends or with a group, our homes can accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Mas de Rosemarie consists of 4 luxury holiday homes. Two houses – the Mas and the Cottage – can be connected to form one spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests. In total, we can welcome up to 24 guests, spread across four houses. Ideal for; large families, multiple families travelling together, groups of friends, anniversaries or family celebrations. 

Our estate offers plenty of space and facilities to enjoy time together; spacious gardens and charming terraces, heated swimming pools, a pétanque court, table tennis, a cosy summer kitchen. LE MAS DE JOUCAS
A beautifully restored farmhouse in Joucas, at the heart of the Luberon. This spacious, air-conditioned holiday villa accommodates up to 8 guests and includes a private heated pool (May to September). Ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful escape in Provence.

The property features a glass-fronted, open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a large shaded terrace—perfect for escaping the midday sun. Adjacent is a separate TV room with a large flat screen smart Tv, Freeview satellite, music streamer, Free WiFi is available throughout.

The spacious Provençal kitchen has a high beamed ceiling and a bay window overlooking the garden. It is fully equipped with cooker, American fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate laundry room next door includes a washing machine and ample storage and hanging space.

The tiled terrace offers beautiful views across the Luberon mountains and includes a comfortable seating area, dining table for 8, and full barbecue facilities. The garden also overlooks the village of Roussillon and features a large round swimming pool (9 metres in diameter).

The master bedroom includes a super king-size four-poster bed (190cm x 200cm) and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and double sink. Bed linen, high-quality quilts, and towels are provided.

A cosy additional bedroom on the ground floor features a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a private bathroom with bath, sink, and toilet.

Le Mas de Rosemarie accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, combining Provençal charm with modern comfort for a memorable stay.

WELCOME (RÉCEPTION)
Guests are personally welcomed on arrival. We are there to greet you, show you around the house, provide the keys, and answer any questions. We remain available throughout your stay for assistance or local recommendations.

Large American fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker, Smeg electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, glassware, and cutlery.

COMMUNICATIONS & ENTERTAINMENT
WiFi throughout, satellite TV (Freeview), HD flat screen smart TV, WIFI music streamer ans a selection of board games and cards.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE
Super king-size double bed (190cm x 200cm), three fitted wardrobes with hanging space and shelving. En-suite bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

This cosy room, created in April 2021, is located on the ground floor. It features a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm), bedside tables, wardrobe with shelves, and a full-length mirror.

The private bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin with mirror and storage, WC, towel rail, and hairdryer.

BATHROOM 2 (SHARED BY BEDROOMS 2 & 3)
Large Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, double sinks, toilet, and heated towel rail.

GROUND FLOOR
Open-plan sitting and dining area with table seating 8 and two large sofas. Separate TV/study area with large sofa, two armchairs, and desk.

GARDEN & TERRACE
Heated swimming pool (round, 9m diameter). Large covered terrace with dining table for 8, seating area with sofa and armchairs, additional wicker chairs, 6 sunbeds and 2 deck chairs. Weber gas BBQ included.

CHILDREN & BABIES
Travel cot, high chair, and baby gate available.

CLIMATE CONTROL
Central heating, portable electric fans on request, and a large open fireplace with starter supply of logs and kindling.

SUMMER KITCHEN
The shared summer kitchen in the main courtyard includes a large DVD library, board games, and tourist information.

LINEN, SHEETS & TOWELS (LINGE DE MAISON)
All linen, sheets, and towels are provided.
