Studio of 15m2. Both at the foot of the slopes (ESF departure, kindergarten and Belle-Etoile chairlift), near the center and in a quiet area. 
The studio located on level 1 near the entrance has been designed as a hotel room with an equipped kitchen. Parking, caretaker. WIFI, smart-TV 4k. Completely renovated Linens provided. Towels available for hire.

THE STUDIO does not have a balcony but a large window equipped with interior curtains and exterior roller shutters.

- lounge area equipped with a 140x200 sofa bed (Bultex mattress) and a desk.
- equipped kitchen area, with a ceramic hob, an MO / Grill oven, a refrigerator, a raclette machine, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine and compatible capsules.
- an extendable table for 2 people.

¤ Sheets, pillowcases and tea towels provided but not the towels available for hire.

¤ Bathroom equipped with a shower with shower screen, a sink, WC and a hair dryer.

¤ 4k smart-TV television

¤ VDSL2 broadband wifi (peaks at 70 Mbit / s)

presence in the residence during your entire stay in the event of a problem.

You must return the apartment perfectly clean, a guarantee of 50 € will be requested on your arrival, returned at the end of your stay unless an additional cleaning remains to be done.

A person will be present in the residence 7/7 in the event of a problem.
