The house is very nice, very bright and very well located, quiet yet close enough to everything.

The large south facing garden is very appreciated for the aperitifs in the sun or idleness.

Our dog Lazy enjoyed the garden too.

The only downside, the sofas of another time not comfortable at all.

Very good stay in Dinard, the house is ideally placed: in town but it's like in the countryside, the sea is 10 minutes walk short is perfect! the garden is very big and well fenced, it's great for dogs. We were able to radiate easily throughout the region, the owners who live in front are very discreet but available when needed. I recommend this rental!

We have just returned from our 4th stay in this charming little house. And it is always with the same pleasure that we enjoyed his calm and his large garden.

The photos of the ad are faithful to the rental, the garden is large and the living room offers a beautiful living space. Still no flat screen but a TV that works. The bedding is very comfortable in room 1. Note that the room 2 is a room in a row without window so requires a little organization especially for children in low ages who take a nap. The owner kindly provided us with a cot also to facilitate our installation. A drying rack would be a plus to dry his clothes indoors in case of rain! 😉 The house is really quiet is very well located to discover this beautiful area and its beaches!

We are at our third stay in this very pretty little house. We again enjoyed its calm, its large sunny garden, its proximity to the Prieuré beach, customs trails, beautiful animal park, etc ...

And as the great weather did not fail, we spent (with our two dogs) a week of dreams.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house consistent with the description of the ad and we rented for 15 days. It is located in a very quiet area. The large garden well exposed and completely closed is a plus, especially when you have a dog. The owner is friendly, available when needed and very accommodating for arrival and departure arrangements.

Just a small suggestion: replace the old cathodic TV with a flat screen for cool evenings.

We would recommend this rental without reservation.

Pretty house, very well equipped, clear, very close to the sea.

Large sunny garden, quiet, ideal for reading or lazing. Our two dogs also appreciated! We are coming back this year. I add that the owner is very welcoming and attentive to its tenants.
