PROVENCE, FRANCE - On the edge of the Verdon Regional Park is this secluded cottage for 2 with spacious living area and a separate double bedroom. Set in its own garden with the property's olive grove below, the gite is secluded from the main house whose large pool, gardens and boules court are freely available to guests. (The pool is heated from the beginning to end of season).
The village of Salernes with a twice weekly market, supermarkets and all services likely to be needed during a summer stay, is 1 kilometre away. The limestone hill country of the Var invites you to walk from the cottage, whereas in an hour or less you can visit the coast (Frejus Plage or St Aygulf), or explore inland to see the Gorge de Verdon and Lac Ste Croix.
Though level throughout the cottage is not suitable for wheelchair access. TV (French) is installed and an internet connection is available (slow 3G only) Gates and a boundary fence provide secure parking.
Tenancies are by the week, and Saturday to Saturday is strongly preferred.
