Belle demeure, maison moderne dans un calme absolu

Belle et agréable maison avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Sarlat.

En hiver et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée, du baby foot, du billard... (pour la piscine, on reviendra en saison estivale).

Jeux de société et DVD permettent de passer une soirée agréable, et que dire des superbes restaurants à proximité !!

Sehr schönes Haus - wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben während der Herbstferien knapp zwei Wochen mit drei Kindern und Hund in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: sämtliche elektrische Geräte (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, Raclettgerät, ....), aber auch Spiele für drinnen und draußen, Bücher, DVDs,....

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, denn auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Da der Pool beheizt ist, konnten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts täglich - z.T. auch spät abends - noch schwimmen. Das war Erholung pur!

Es gibt einen großen eingezäunten Garten, der Pool ist gesichert und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

Gleichzeitig kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in die malerische Altstadt von Sarlat laufen, um den Markt zu besuchen oder Essen zu gehen. Toll, dass man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen kann!

Schließlich waren die Vermieter unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser kann es nicht sein!

Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

The right holiday

We spent in this "Maison" the first two weeks of August. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, the view over Sarlat is wonderful, the silence of the nights peaceful. The right place to rest yourself from the allday stress. If Sarlat (10 minutes walking), its markets, the Dordogne, the prehistoric caves and the little village of Perigord were not so nice, one could stay all the day long at home, swimming or playing tennis table or pool (or watching a film at the home theatre if the weather is bad..)The owners are also very kind and helpful.

REPOS ET TRANQUILITE

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison avec un enfant en bas âge,elle fut très agréable,la chaleur n'était pas un problème car c'est une vieille maison qui garde la fraicheur,tout en étant bien exposée,une belle vue,un équipement et une rénovation moderne,faite avec goût,comme on le ferait pour soi. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation,et y retournons certainement Cerise sur le gâteau,des propriétaires sympas,une bouteille de vin exquise à l'arrivée et du bo n café

Jolie et à 5mn du coeur de Sarlat à pied

Nous avons passez la 2nd semaine des vacances de Paques à Sarlat dans cette jolie maison. Que dire : - des propriétaires sympas qui ont fait cette maison pour eux... donc assez complète et bien équipée - 5 mn à pied du coeur de Sarlat - piscine chauffée, ping pong, babyfoot - terasse sans vis à vis avec vue sur Sarlat - une maison fort bien décorée et avec un équipement sans faille En plus nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps d'été à Pâques... que du bonheur Je conseille vraiment cette location et nous y retournerons clairement car ce Périgord noir vaut le détour.

Paradise in Sarlat
After opening the gates to Sophie’s property, we weren’t quite prepared for how amazing the view was over the town over Sarlat. With a larger than average pool directly overlooking the town as well, it was evident that this place had beauty in abundance. The house itself was very well laid out, with everything to hand and access to a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool and the town as well. The grounds were totally private and safely enclosed for our two dogs to enjoy. We were very grateful for the air conditioning in every room ( and the fantastic pool) especially considering the soaring temperatures outside. The town was easily accessible, with a footpath located right next to the entrance. 10 minute walk and you have the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat at your disposal, with all its restaurants and entertainment. Our only regret, is that we didn’t stay longer, but after 26 years of visiting France, I would say that this is definitely in our top three, but we won’t say which one!!!.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Sarlat. Despite our visit in November, we were lucky enough to fully enjoy the large pool with our children. The water was perfectly maintained and the pool allowed us to experience exceptional swimming moments, even in autumn! The house is spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, offering every comfort. We also appreciated the calm of the place, ideal for relaxing after days of exploring the region. The presence of outdoor games was very much appreciated by the whole family. Thank you to our host for his warm welcome and his little attentions. We leave with beautiful memories.

Superb stay in Sarlat
We had a fantastic stay in this house in Sarlat. The location is ideal: set back for more peace and quiet, while still allowing easy access to the historic center on foot. We were lucky to have beautiful weather during this usually cold period, which allowed us to fully enjoy the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and having fun with the family. The house is spacious and comfortable, ideal for children. The view of the surroundings is splendid, and the setting is truly pleasant. A perfect place to enjoy Sarlat and its very touristy surroundings

SUPERB STAY
We had an excellent stay in this comfortable house. All the amenities are present, the view of the historic Sarlat invites you to dream, we were able to spend unforgettable moments with my daughters thanks to the multiple activities planned by the owners (swimming in the large and beautiful heated swimming pool, board games, outdoor games - ping pong, billiards, table football, swings ...) We would like to be there again and will certainly come back next year

An amazing adventure in the center of Medieval History!
Sophie and Jean's home is the perfect location for a relaxing and amazing vacation. My three friends and I arrived in Sarlat and immediately relaxed in this gorgeous home. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own private comfortable rooms and also gorgeous locations for our joint gatherings. I can't say enough about the beauty of this home overlooking Sarlat, the comfort of the pool, and the blooming flowers everywhere! Sophie was easily accessible and so helpful with all of her suggestions. We definitely want to return!
