Modern spacious villa located 2km from Villeneuve Loubet and a 6-8min walk from a sandy beach. Villa Oceane is a south-facing villa with 4 ensuite bedrooms, private pool with counter current swimming, sea views from the first floor, Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning.

Set between Cannes and Nice, it is just 10 minutes’ drive from Nice airport.

From the villa you overlook the very recognizable wave shaped buildings of the Marina Baie des Anges. In the Marina you will find a shopping centre, restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

Within a 10 minute walk from the villa there are pebble beaches open to the public and a sandy beach with facilities for eating and drinking.

Living room:
Spacious living/dining room (70m²) with satellite TV (Canal Plus, Canal satellite), DVD player, hi-fi and CD player, large sofa, two-seater sofa, armchair and piano. Dining area. Sliding doors leading to a partially covered terrace directly overlooking the pool.

Kitchen:
Modern, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, double washbasin, iron,ironing board and vacuum.

Bedrooms:
Ground floor: Double bedroom with TV and en suite shower room and wc.
1st floor: Large bedroom: 2 x 80cm electric adjustable beds which form a queen size bed (160cm), lounge corner area with a 2-seater sofa and TV and en suite bathroom and wc. Terrace with table, two chairs and sea view. Bedroom with queen size bed (160cm), TV, en suite shower room and wc and balcony with sea view. Double bedroom, TV and en suite shower room and wc.

Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has an en suite shower room and wc. The largest bedroom on the 1st floor has a bathroom with bath, separte shower, wc and hair dryer.

Enclosed grounds with partly covered, south-facing terrace. Garden furniture. Parking spaces. Garage with clothes dryer.
Pool size: 10 x 4m. Depth: 1.5m throughout. Steps to the pool. Shallow area (0.5m) of approx. 2 x 4m. Alarm.

Please note: The villa is located about 100m from the road that goes from Antibes to Nice (RN7). Distant noise from the garden but cannot be heard from inside the villa.
