Inhabited since the 15th century, having lain dormant for decades, has been brought to life with style and sophistication. With its thoughtfully designed spaces, this character property caters to all ages and interests.

Extensive amenities include a private pool, outdoor games, playroom, office with rooftop terrace, and a library with antique furnishings. There’s also a fully equipped gym & games room with a pool table, and archery equipment and boules court.

Open all year, Las Capelas is ideal for large groups, with 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in an annexe. 2 cots and high chairs are also provided. Pets are welcome and are allowed in the gardens and on the ground floor only.

Located just 50km from Toulouse airport, it’s an ideal base for exploring southern France, with even Andorra, northern Spain and the Mediterranean within easy reach.

Accommodation
Entering on the ground floor there is a traditionally furnished sitting room complete with an open fireplace and baby grand piano. This room flows into an open-plan living area where there is additional sitting space adjacent to the dining table and kitchen, featuring a Godin log burner. There is another separate sitting area with TV & DVD player also on the ground floor.

The stunning 95-square-metre kitchen and dining area boasts top quality fittings and appliances, including 2 ovens, 3 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and premium crockery to easily accommodate cooking for large groups. The dining table with elegantly upholstered chairs seats 14 guests.

From here, 3 sets of doors lead out to a 50 square metre roofed rear terrace with BBQ and dining table for 14 people. A cellier and utility room with washing machine, and an additional WC are also on the ground floor.

On the first floor the stylish office equipped with a desk and table leads out to a north facing roof terrace. Adjacent is the library stocked with a variety of reading material, both fiction and non-fiction, and includes a children’s section.

The bedrooms have beautiful hard wood floors with wardrobes and high quality furniture, as well as large windows with views facing the Pyrenees.

On the first floor is a 50-square-metre master double bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom with roll-top bathtub and walk-in shower. Two sinks are adorned with antique marble top. A second double of 35 square metres leads out to a north facing roof terrace and has an ensuite with corner bathtub with shower overhead.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the second floor that share a large shower room, and an additional family bedroom with two full sized single beds plus two children’s beds. The playroom is adjacent, with an assortment of toys, games, TV, DVD and CD player.

The annexe features two separate bedrooms in open mezzanine areas – one double and one twin, each with their own ensuite shower room with WC and basin. The games room with a pool table and fully-equipped gym will be available in the annexe.
