"Tarn total calm" - it does exactly what it says on the tin! An ideal place to relax and chill out. There are plenty of things to do as well. We spent some time cycling and made it up the hill at the end of each trip. Trips to Najac and Cahors are worthwhile and don't miss the Sunday market in St Antonin.
