Caterer Olivier Vacossin went above and beyond to ensure our wedding truly reflected who we are; he was attentive and accommodated all our requests. Above all, our guests enjoyed the entire service and commented on how delicious the food was. The ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared. Even the biggest foodies among our guests were pleasantly surprised.

He also stayed until the very end of the celebration. We really appreciated his friendly nature—as well as that of his team—and his professionalism.
