La Bastide - Charming House with Heated Pool in Maraussan, Herault Reviews

On arriving at the house, we were immediately impressed at how well equipped the house was. The layout of the house is perfect if you have children - they can hideaway in the 'snug' and watch a DVD from the many that were supplied in the property while we sat on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine.The ground floor is well thought out and spacious and so while staying with another family we didn't feel under each other's feet at any point. The pool was fabulous, and was great for us as it was set just down from the house in the large garden from the house with a security gate so the children couldn't access it without one of us being there. The bedrooms are gorgeous and the large family-sized walk in shower felt very luxurious. We had a slight issue with one the fridge during our stay, but upon contacting the owner, we had a resolution to the problem the same day (a visit from a local repair man) which we were very impressed by. We would recommend this house to friends and family and will be hoping to return soon.
