Our family/friends reunion was a most spectacular event shared at the majestic Chateau Allure du Lac in the Loire Valley, France. En suite bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of hot water. An elevator allows easy access to top floor bedrooms. Several sitting rooms allow for groups to visit, play cards or read. The grounds are gorgeous and a walk around the lake was our perfect start to the morning. Set out in the countryside, the peacefulness of living in a Castle was magical. Close by is a large supermarket for all your shopping needs if you choose to cook for your group. Owners Suzy and Williams were the most delightful and attentive hosts. Always around to help and assist. Highly recommend for a stunning unforgettable experience.
