This is a lovely two bedroom apartment in a private residence in Grimaud with a terrace.

The property sleeps up to 4 guests and is within walking distance to the shared pool. The private development is Bastide Le Grimaud and it is gated. 

The development is located on a hillside offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. 

The property is airy and bright throughout, with a sunny terrace that overlooks the picturesque rolling countryside. As mentioned, the large shared swimming pool is within easy walking distance but is far enough that guests won't be disturbed by it. There is also a small children’s pool.

The two bedroom apartment comprises:

Bedroom one has a double bed and French doors that opens onto a small terrace with open views.
Bedroom two has twin beds plus an en-suite shower room with hand basin.
Open plan living area with a leather corner sofa, dining table & chairs, covered large sunny terrace again with open views.
A fully equipped with kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave / grill, dishwasher, fridge)
Bathroom with bath and hand basin, separate WC. 

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning throughout. Pool towels are provided for guests, in addition to bed linen. 

If you plan to explore Grimaud, the coast, the surrounding area and lovely hill-top villages, this property is perfect! The medieval village of Grimaud is less than a kilometer away (within walking distance). This wonderful village is lined with beautiful Provencal streets filled with flowers and in the background are the ruins of the castle, Le Chateau de Grimaud. From the castle, the panoramic views over the coast and Port Grimaud are a must-see! This quaint village offers an array of cafes, bars, restaurants, street markets and shops. There is even a glass and iron lift to transport visitors from the main street in the village to the main square above - which is where the town hall and other buildings are located. 

One of the oldest villages in the Massif des Maures, Grimaud is located near Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud and the sandy beaches of the Gulf (about 7 km). Full of charm, this seaside city is buzzing with nautical activities, outdoor recreation and traditions.
