La Brise Marine is a traditional 4 Bedroom family house near the beach, with a private garden in Finistere, Brittany. It is close to all shops and amenities, and the nearest sandy beach is only 500 metres away.
La Brise Marine comprises two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a baby cot is available upon request. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two bathrooms, aswell as a family games room with table tennis and table football. Additionally, there is a sea view lounge on the second floor.
The local sandy beach is sheltered and ideal for families. The gite is also close to other useful local amenities including a supermarket (with petrol station) Creperie, restaurant etc. There are lovely coastal walks in an area of outstanding coastal scenery, cliff paths and deserted beaches, and pretty harbour next to the beach. There is Tennis and a swimming pool not far away.
The market town of Audierne is only 8.5km with pretty harbour lovely beach, Aquarium and twice weekly market.
The marine park of Cap Sizun, from the Pointe du Raz (8km) to the Pointe du Van, has been labeled as one of the top 10 ‘Grand Sites’ in France. The House is ideally placed to appreciate some of France’s most spectacular coastal scenery.
