La Cave, which was the wine and preserves store for the farmhouse, has been delightfully converted into a split level open plan ground floor, again with a wealth of exposed beams and stonework.
Kitchen/diner with cooker, dishwasher and microwave, and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove. Pine staircase leads to first floor and mezzanine, consisting of three double bedrooms (one bedroom with king size bed plus cot, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom accessed by ladder on the second floor mezzanine with two singles. Bathroom and shower over bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Sitting areas both front and back with an individual barbecue. Outside there is a 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool which is fenced and fitted with a child-proof gate.
La Maison and La Cave are separated from La Porcherie and L’Ecurie by two barns.
