Chez Noeleen is a charming holiday rental home with private garden situated in the medieval village of Puisserguier, Herault. This lovely Old wine makers house still maintains its original character and comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and dining area.
The property is very light and is set on 3 different levels: The open plan kitchen / diner and lounge are on the ground level. The large double bedroom and huge bathroom are located on the 1st floor. The additional en-suite double bedroom and further double bedroom with 3 single beds are on the 2nd floor.
The cottage boasts a lovely shaded garden with great views of the vineyards just minutes to centre of town. It is just a 20 min drive to the beach.

Final payment 4 weeks prior to arrival.
10% cancellation fee. Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation less than 4 weeks before rental period.
Security Deposit of 200 Euros to cover damage breakages cleaning, fully refundable, within 1 week of departure if property left in original condition.
After cleaning can be arranged at a cost of 10 euros per hour towels and bedlinen can be provided at cost of 2 euros per set.
