Situated halfway between Granville and Avranches, in the Normandy countryside.
For more comfort, the terrace, lined with a wooden palisade, parking and swimming pool are only intended for guests of the house.
The cottage is modern: The original house was divided into two parts, the cottage is adjoining.
Ground floor: kitchen, wood stove, living room, bathroom / wc.
Upstairs: a master bedroom (king size bed) and a room for 3 people
(1 bunk bed + 1 double bed 140 ').
A beach hut is available on request from Monday to Thursday (free) located in St Jean le Thomas.
The cottage does not welcome pets.
