It is also located a stones' throw from the ocean, the lake and shops. 

The interior furnishings are brand new and have been designed to a high standard.

There are 2 large independent living rooms with 2 large sofas including 1 convertible sofa bed. There is a large dining table with seating for up to 12 people. There are 5 televisions throughout the property. 

The kitchen is absolutely stunning, having been finished to a very high standard. It is equipped with a breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, teapot, toast bread, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, beer machine, raclette service, fondue service.

1st bedroom: parental suite of 50m2 equipped with 1 bed 160x200 with bathroom and dressing room. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink and Italian shower. 

2nd bedroom: area of 17m2 with 1 bed 160x200 and wardrobe

3rd and 4th bedrooms (adjoining): 1 bedroom of 18 m2 and 1 bedroom of 12m2 with the largest equipped with a bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190 (2 adults + 1 sleeping child) 1 wardrobe and a desk and the other room adjoining and communicating equipped with 1 raised bed 90x190 (2 beds children) and 1 bed 90x190 (1couchage)

There is a second downstairs bathroom of 15m2 with basin and large bathtub illot Balinese decoration and WC.

Upstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms that are as follows:

5th bedroom: 27m2 area with 1 bed 140x200 and a double sofa bed, with wardrobe and desk

6th bedroom: 27m2 area with a 160x200 bed and a double convertible sofa with wardrobe

The bedrooms upstairs overlook private terraces (1 of 20m2 covered by pergola and shade cloth the other of 12m2) and are both equipped with garden furniture. On this floor there is a bathroom with Italian shower and sink and toilet.

There is also a safe, and baby equipment can be available upon request (cot and highchair). Additional features include: a vacuum, ironing equipment, washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer. The entire property has wifi connection. 

Sheets and towels provided if requested: linen kit 15€ / bed / week and towels kit 15 € / person / week

Outside there is a large heated swimming pool, 6 seater jacuzzi spa and a spacious terrace with large awning on living room equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds. There is also an outdoor kitchen with sink, griddle, large Weber grill and utensils.

Available: Board games, ping-pong table, Boules (petanque balls provided), beach games, surfboard and body board.

Activities include horse riding, cycling (there are 150km of cycle paths) golf (there are 3 golf courses and mini golf nearby), surfing, paddle, cannoeing, peddle boating on the Marine Lake and many beaches. There are shops,restaurants and night clubs nearby, aswell as many markets. Enjoy day trips to Bayonne and Dax and explore all that other nearby cities have to offer. 

Dax is a 25 minute drive away.
