It is 120m2 and situated in Messanges, Landes. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with parking space for up to 2 vehicles. The property is near bike paths and is fenced. Location-wise it is unbeatable as it is positioned just 2km from the ocean, lake, shops and other amenities. 

The furnishings are all new and the decor is modern throughout. 

The property comprises:

3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and wardrobe + 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and 1 bunk bed and wardrobe each

A family bathroom with double sink and Italian shower and WC

Living room with a double convertible sofa, satellite television, books and games

A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, teapot, toast bread, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, beer machine

Dining table with seating for up to 8 guests

There is also a safe, and baby equipment can be available upon request (cot and highchair). Additional features include: a vacuum, ironing equipment, washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer. The entire property has wifi connection. 

Two of the bedrooms benefit from private terraces with sunbeds. Outside, there is a swimming pool and large terrace with umbrella, accessible via the living room, complete with garden furniture. There is an outdoor grill and Weber barbecue with utensils. A ping pong table is also available.

Activities include horse riding, cycling (there are 150km of cycle paths) golf (there are 3 golf courses and mini golf nearby), surfing, paddle, cannoeing, peddle boating on the Marine Lake and many beaches. There are shops,restaurants and night clubs nearby, aswell as many markets. Enjoy day trips to Bayonne and Dax and explore all that other nearby cities have to offer. 

Dax is a 25 minute drive away.
