The property is well situated in a quiet residential area, within easy reach of many local attractions, including local ports and beautiful beaches. The historic town of Montagnac has a bakers, a butcher, fishmonger, green grocers and a small corner supermarket. There is a bar in the square which serves very good food in the summer and one other little restaurant called La Cave Gourmande, which is excellent. On Fridays, there s a market here or you can visit other local markets at Pezenas, Meze, or Clermont-Herault.

The Herault holiday rental villa is approached through electric gates and is both secure and private, it has a long drive and a large parking area. The pool is south facing with the villa built around two sides and sliding doors from the garden room opening onto steps to the pool terrace. There is a poolside shower room , 8 sun beds, parasol, outdoor table and brick built barbecue. There are swings and seesaw in the garden as well as a boules pitch.
Indoors there is a huge garden room with a long table to seat 14, and cane chairs and a sofa. This leads into an openplan living/dining area with 3 sofas, dining table, TV, DVD and CD player, books and games. Leading from this is a brand new oak, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an electric range cooker with a gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and much more. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, sink, and cupboards housing iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment and a larder fridge.

Downstairs there is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room and a seperate toilet. Upstairs there is one double with en-suite, another large double, one twin,and a triple which share a bathroom plus a shower room, plus a small covered balcony.

Linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning and babysitting can be booked. Our local agent will be in to look after the pool and grounds and sort out any problems.
