Péyrillault is a former farming hamlet, located in beautiful countryside near the village of Celles, just 15 minutes away from the bustling market town of Ribérac in the Dordogne region of south-west France. The property is surrounded by rolling hills, woodland and fields of wheat, sunflowers and maize. It is a lovely setting for bed and breakfast and self-catering holidays and is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling, riding, painting, bird watching, gastronomy and history.

Péyrillault's two cottages (Mistral and Zépherine) are available for bed & breakfast breaks (min. 2 nights- perfect for a weekend getaway)* as well as one week self-catering holidays. Both cottages are well-equipped, light and airy and filled with original features. They are set in pretty flower gardens, have private outdoor seating areas and share the use of the swimming pool. The latter (unheated) is located in an attractive courtyard (a real sun trap) and is furnished with sun beds, chairs and parasols.

For further details on bed & breakfast at the property and Zépherine cottage (which sleeps 2 adults and 2 children) please do visit our website: www.peyrillault.com

Mistral cottage sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 singles). The first bedroom is located on the first floor, it has an en-suite shower room and dressing room. The second large double is on the ground floor and opens onto a pretty courtyard to the rear of the property. The latter is furnished with outdoor furniture and is ideal for dining 'al fresco' and BBQs. The third bedroom provides flexible accommodation as it is furnished with a double bed and two singles. It is located on the first floor and shares a ground floor bathroom with the second bedroom. The bathroom has a slipper bath with handheld shower attachment.

The kitchen/ dining room is equipped with a gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, large fridge, coffee percolator, cafetiere, toaster, etc.
The sitting room is large and sunny with three two-seater sofas. The cottage is equipped with wifi (although not accessible in all rooms), a cd player, television with UK Freeview television, video and dvd player, a selection of dvds, indoor games and plenty of books!

*Bed and breakfast breaks are available from 1st April to 30th June and from 1st September until 31st October.
