This large family property has been renovated with great style and panache whilst keeping many of the original features and giving a real wow factor on entering! It offers perfect holiday accommodation for a large family or group of friends, visiting the Languedoc-Occitanie area of the South of France.

Split over 2/3 levels, the property offers lots of living space and a second air-conditioned lounge - a perfect chill spot for teenagers. The poolside summer kitchen has a dining area and small bar.

A few steps lead up to the ground floor into a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

The modern kitchen has ceramic hob, oven and all the modern appliances needed! This dining area (1 of 3 different dining areas) seats 8. Many of the original features including beams and fireplaces remain in this holiday property - a lovely combination of character and contemporary. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs.

Off to the right on entering the property there are 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms.

Stairs lead up to the summer kitchen which overlooks the pool and outdoor sitting area.

The local family friendly bar is across the road and there may be concerts on the occasional Saturday evenings in the summer, however they will finish at midnight.

The village of Margon is approx 2km away, Margon has a most beautiful Chateau

15km approx is Pezenas - a picturesque market town with a beautiful medieval and Renaissance centre with narrow winding streets and many galleries and working craft shops like glass blowers and jewellers. A wide choice of good restaurants. Colourful market on Saturday mornings. All services, large supermarket. The Estivale - street market - with food and wine tastings is every Monday evening in July and August - a great family fun evening.  Many shops open very late on a Wednesday and Friday.

Beziers approx 20km - Large market town, renowned for its colourful 'Feria' in August (street music, carnival, bull-fights).

Golf St Thomas (18 holes): approx 25km near Beziers

Mediterranean beaches about 25 mins drive at approx 30km

Agde approx 30km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants.
