Villa With Superb Sea View 50 Metres From Sandy Beaches in Manche

This beautiful villa is 50 m from the beach in a small, quiet resort, and is ideal for exploring the Channel (including D-Day Landing beaches, The Hague, Tatihou (UNESCO site), Val de Saire (Barfleur, Castle Carneville), Natural Park Cotentin marsh, Cherbourg with its stops of transatlantic liners and the Cité de la Mer). 

The villa has an enclosed garden of 450m² and is fully-equipped (LV, LL, oven, fridges, HIFI, TV, free internet and wifi as well as firewood and gas). The single beds are 2 or 4 depending on the configuration and the double beds are 1 or 2 depending on the configuration (adjustable). 

There are 2 living rooms on the terraces with a table for lunch, as well as a Weber BBQ. There is a wood stove inside the house. Welcome gift on arrival by the owner. 

Nearby activities include fishing, water sports or outdoor sports. There are wild and huge dunes (protected Natura 2000) near the village.

This is a weekly rental only, available from June 22nd to July 13th (105 € / night). Additional water and electricity charges.
