The pretty old towns of Valbonne , Mougins , St Paul de Vence are all only a short drive away , as are the sandy beaches of Cannes , Antibes , Cap d'Antibes , Theoule sur Mer are all within a 25 minute drive .
The Vineyards of the nearby Var , St Roseline , Chateau de Berne , are also within a 30 minute drive .
Great Hiking and Mountainbiking only up the road from the villa with amazing nearby trails.
Yoga retreats can be arranged at the villa .
