Villa Marcelle is situated at the end of its own lane winding through the steep wooded hillside above the charming medieval village of Tremolat. The villa is ideally set in half an acre of orchard with panoramic views from the terrace over the river valley of the Dordogne. Tremolat village has a boulangerie, pub/pizzeria and three restaurants. The village Basin Nautique International provides water sports. There is golf, horse riding and cycle hire within the locality. The village is central to all the attractions of the Dordogne.
The Villa comprises two on-suite bedrooms (one twin, one double) and a large well equipped living/dining area. The main terrace overlooks the river and there is a separate ’sun terrace’ in the garden 4G reception is available at the house.
All utilities, bedding and towels are included in the rental charge for our guests. The steps down to the house are steep and not suitable for guests with limited mobility. We advise that young children should be supervised when on the house terrace.
Our changeover date for the house is Sunday.
