Special Rental Conditions
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights applies throughout most of the year. During July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights. From November to March, 2-night weekend stays are accepted, excluding the festive holiday week.
Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% is payable 30 days before arrival.
Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Security Deposit: No conventional security deposit is required. Guests must instead provide a valid holiday insurance certificate.
Cleaning & Tourist Tax: Any applicable cleaning charges and local tourist tax are clearly displayed before payment.
Pets: Dogs are welcome. Please advise the owner when making your reservation.
Swimming Pool: The private swimming pool is heated throughout the year and features a sliding terrace cover. Children must be supervised at all times.
