La Pavilion is a delightful characteristic Charentaise property built over one level. This charming property offers spacious accommodation for a large or extended family or friends wishing to holiday together in beautiful surroundings.
It features a large living room with flat screen TV with English Freeview channels, DVD and Docking station.
Fully equipped kitchen for seven people with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Separate dining room with door out onto a private terrace overlooking the garden and fields beyond, often filled with glorious sunflowers.
To the front of La Pavilion is a large conservatory with comfy sofas for relaxing, reading and maybe enjoying a glass or two of local wine.

There are three spacious bedrooms in La Pavilion, two doubles and one twin with extra single bed or cot available on request.  All bedrooms have a ceiling fan for comfort during the warm summer nights.

The large private garden provides a large trampoline, table tennis and badminton for guests to enjoy. There is a private patio for al fresco dining with barbecue. 
Guests have exclusive use (July and August) of the large, solar heated swimming pool with sun loungers and sunny terrace with comfortable seating area underneath the shade of the gazebo overlooking the Charentaise countryside beyond.

We provide a welcome basket on arrival with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar, wine, bread, cheese and biscuits.
