Special Rental Conditions
In high season rentals run Saturday to Saturday. In mid and low season it is possible to book for a minimum of three nights on a pro-rata basis.
Due to the need to have sufficient time to clean on change-over day, the arrival time is 16:00 and departure time is 10:00
Payment is based on the € Value.
A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of your reservation to secure your booking.
The balance is due eight weeks before the arrival date of your holiday.
All prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
Refundable security deposit of 500€ to be sent one week before arrival. This will be refunded up to 7 days after Departure to have sufficient time to check for breakages.
In the case of cancellation: 12 weeks before the date of arrival, the initial deposit is non-returnable; 7 weeks before the arrival date then the whole booking fee is non-returnable.
