Brand new to Sheppey Hobbit style glamping pod
Me and my boyfriend stayed in the honey pod for a few nights and had the most amazing time! The site itself is beautiful and the pods are so cosy. Everything is so quiet so it’s a perfect little place to escape all the noise and stresses of everyday life. There are a few beaches and nature reserves around as well that we visited in the daytime, which are equally as lovely and are within about 15 minutes driving! The weather during our stay was amazing but very hot - the pool was particularly helpful on these days to escape the heat. The pods, being built into the ground, stay a lovely temperature (just open the door while your cooking as the oven heats them up fast!). The hot tubs are a really amazing addition for the evenings, we saw some beautiful sunsets and lots of stars, plus it’s really fun heating them up yourself! There is a little fridge that has a small freezer compartment (about big enough for a bag of chips or a couple ice creams!), which could fit enough in for our 3 day stay. We had a really amazing time and Heidi is superb, great communication and always there if you need any help! We will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to visit again!!
