Luxury Vendee Holiday Villa Rental Near St Valerien and Fontenay Le Comte, France

This attractive luxury Vendee holiday villa boasts its own private heated indoor swimming pool and has been professionally renovated to a very high standard. The Moulin De Guinche is set within 2 acres of peaceful and beautifully landscaped gardens with its own private lake stocked with hungry carp. The property comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 of these rooms have king sized beds with the 5th having 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, a king size double bed and large screen TV with one of the other double bedrooms also having its own en-suite bathroom. Along with the 2 en-suite's, there is also one large family bathroom with a shower and a bath, an additional shower room with a WC and there is also a separate WC.

The large and spacious living room will comfortably seat 10 people and has plenty to keep you entertained including a television with Sky TV (English), video player, DVD player, Blu-Ray and a fantastic video/DVD library. For our younger guests, there is Playstation and a Wii with a large selection of games.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large American style fridge/freezer, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, kettle, and a toaster. Comfortably seating 10, there is also a large table and chairs. A washing machine and ironing board etc are also provided.

Outside the villa you can enjoy the large balcony/terrace, the private landscaped gardens that are spread across 2 acres or the huge heated indoor swimming pool. There is also a brick built BBQ and a separate Webber BBQ for our guests to use during their stay.

With a large outdoor chess set, an outdoor table-tennis table and an American pool table there is plenty to keep you entertained. The private garden has its own private lake stocked with hungry Carp and is great for fishing. Alternatively our guests can relax and enjoy the separate beach area which is perfect for sunbathing with its own Gazebo for out-door dining.

Situated in a hamlet called Ligne, very close to the village of St Valerien, the villa is set in a peaceful environment without being too isolated with several restaurants and a great pub in nearby St Hermine.

Famous for its beaches, the Vendee and a number of beaches along the coast are all within a 60 minute drive from the house. The 13km of sandy beaches found at La Tranche sur mer have become a popular family resort and is a real paradise for surfers and wind surfers. A little further afield Fontenay le Comte is the closest large town and has several historic buildings, a number of shops and restaurants, and a fantastic street market.
