This private, luxurious villa with pool and tennis-court has been furnished to the highest standards and is located only 5 minutes away from the beautiful medieval village of Valbonne. A spacious French holiday home with wonderful terraces and a large garden, acting as the perfect holiday rental for a large group of friends, or 3 or 4 families.

With a surface area of 300m2 and spread across three floors, the villa has three separate terraces along with three reception rooms, ideal for providing privacy for large group. Well equipped and fully furnished throughout, the villa has been tastefully decorated to a very high standard. With a total of 7 bedrooms there is room for up to 14 adults and children. The villa has fans or air conditioning throughout.

Entrance to the house is via the front terrace and on the ground floor you will find a large open plan living area, dining room and drawing room, breakfast room and a kitchen. The kitchen and the dining room have large double French windows that open up onto a shaded terrace with table and seating for outside dining. 3 of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor including the master bedroom with an en-suite bath and shower room, the other two bedrooms share a shower room and there is a separate WC.

A galleried mezzanine with high ceiling is accessible by a spiral staircase. Equipped with seating area, desks, computer access, fax and Wi-Fi, the mezzanine overlooks the dining room. With two bedrooms opposite the gallery, one with with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom and the other with a double bed and a single, this floor has access to the secluded rooftop terrace with a romantic seating area and fantastic panoramic views across the surrounding area. Accessible directly from the garden, driveway of via a small staircase from the main hall you can find the games room / home cinema with table football and a pool table. There is also a wide selection of DVDs for your to enjoy during your stay and the TV can receive English, German and French satellite. A fully equipped gym a two additional bedrooms, one double and one twin can also be found in this area of the house with a shared shower room and WC.

Outside you will find a 5000m2 garden with a private 9m pool which can be heated if required. A large seating area along with deckchairs, loungers and a gazebo surround the pool which also leads towards the tennis court. The large lawn garden makes its way down towards a large grass and orchard area which makes it perfect for children's games

The village of Valbonne itself is surrounded by towns and villages so everything is close by. Antibes and Cannes offer some fantastic shopping areas and along the coast you can enjoy some of the beautiful beaches. In the center of the village you can find a great selection of cafe terraces, small shops and some well respected restaurants.
