 At Domaine Les Hauts de Chaunac (rated 5 stars), you’ll enjoy the peace and tranquility with stunning views of the Dordogne.This domain is located in the golden triangle of the Black Perigord, 6 km from Sarlat. The property is nestled in an 80,000 sqm wooded park (50,000 sqm of woods and 30,000 sqm of parks) with a breathtaking 180° view of the Dordogne Valley. The manor has a French garden. At night, the gardens and pool are magnified by adequate lighting.

The domain consists of the manor (310 sqm) which can accommodate 12 people, with its 6 bedrooms, as well as the Dar Diaf (55 sqm) which can accommodate 2 people. You don't have to choose: all seven en suite rooms are individually and quietly air-conditioned. You'll sleep in Hasena beds with Latoflex bases and mattresses, complemented by hotel-quality duvets and pillows. The pool house (40 sqm) has a salt water swimming pool (5 x 15 m) heated to 28°. A recharging point is available free of charge.

The entire property was renovated in 2022 and certified 5 stars in 2023.

The Manor (Sleeps 12):

The manor which was entirely renovated in 2022 is nestled in a green setting with a 180° view over more than 10 km.
The 100 m² terrace overlooks a French garden with its pond and 3 fountains.
The 6 double en-suite bedrooms benefit from totally silent individual air conditioning. Hasena beds with Latoflex slats and mattresses and hotel-quality duvets and pillows. 
The area of the 6 reception rooms (hall, cloakroom, billiard room, library/TV room, living room and dining room) add up to 133 m². And that’s without counting the open kitchen on the dining room which is air conditioned.

Dar Diaf (2 people)

Dar Diaf, renovated in 2022 and nestled in the woods, offers all the comfort and serenity expected by the most demanding. Being alone in the world and 6 km from Sarlat, capital of the Black Périgord, is the dilemma. The house (55 m²) offers a 18 m² bedroom with cupboards and an en-suite shower room. A living room with an open kitchen completes the property. You will benefit from air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi and a parking space. You can enjoy a real Nordic bath for two people in complete peace of mind.

The Pool:

The swimming pool and its 14 garden beds benefit from an open pool house with garden furniture and two changing cabins.
An outdoor shower and a summer kitchen complement the pool house. A separate toilet is available.
The salt water swimming pool (5 x 15 m) with paddling pool (20 cm), shallow depth (1 m), deep depth (1.5 m) will be open from May 1st to September 30th. You can enjoy a water temperature of approximately 28 degrees.
The Del shutter is up to standard as well as the safety barrier.
The surface area of ​​the pool deck is 125 m².
A pétanque court (4 x 15 m), a ping-pong table and a swing complete the pool house.
