Outside:

There are plenty of sun loungers (cushions provided, but not in the photo), two double sun beds, plenty of chairs and deck chairs, a swing, a bar area, outside fridge perfect for keeping drinks chilled and a Webber BBQ to grill up some delicious food.

Take in the views…from the hot tub across Mountains Alaric and Black. At nighttime enjoy some star-gazing listening to the sound of the cicadas and owls.

Great for Kids....as it’s offers a safe environment with hard pool cover and pool alarm that ensures safety for all the family. The main access for the pool is through the lounge which can be locked and used as a safety door. 

There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys, books and games as well as an outside play area with swings etc. 

A cot, high chair, booster chair, potty, step, changing mat and toilet cover can be provided at request. 

There is plenty to do from playing ping-pong, darts, to unwinding on the large sun deck or in the pool, or hot tub to playing tennis or enjoying one of the walks directly from the house. 

A chef's paradise in this well-equipped with top of the range equipment including: two Neff slide ovens, a Neff steamer, a cross-roaster/microwave, Cosori dual air fryer, a Neff and a Neff bean to cup coffee maker - try out the cappuccinos!

There is also an induction hob, Kitchen Aid pans and plenty of quality accessories, cutlery and table ware, as well as a mixer, scales and everything needed to do some baking.
