The house is located in the centre of the tranquil village in a quiet pedestrian street leading to the village's church and square. This charming property originates from the XIIIth century and has been fully renovated for your comfort, bringing you all modern conveniences. The house is heated throughout for cosy stays whatever the season. The house has retained much of it's original character and features, such as oak beam ceilings throughout and beautiful original stonework.
Upstairs: Comprises 2 large bedrooms, and a family size bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.
Downstairs: large lounge / dining room with sofa, wireless internet connection, TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs. From the lounge you walk into the fully equipped kitchen that leads directly onto the courtyard where you can sit out for your meals, or read a book... Downstairs you will also find a utility room with a washing machine.
There are always parking spaces available in the streets nearby , or the church's carpark about 50m away. Free parking.
Numerous festivities from June until September. Dordogne the summer months, every thursday night there is a night market/dinner on the square of the village. The famous sunday Issigeac market is not to be missed.
