2 Bedroom Cottage Providing Privacy in a Perfect Hideaway, Saint-Hippolyte, France Reviews

Where do I start. We were met by Mrs Rogers and shown around the delightful cottage, and our first impressions only improved during our 2 week stay. The cottage provided us with everything we required - it really was better than home from home, and surrounded by the lovely gardens the location was truly peaceful, with plenty of wildlife and walks. We did quite a lot of cycling and the area is perfect as it is so quiet and there is something to see in every village you come across. The boulangerie in the village sold delicious breads and pastries, with the town of Loches only 15 minutes or so away for further supplies. The cottage is ideally situated for touring the area, with the chateaux along the Loire only a 30 minute drive away. The little Chateau of Montrésor and the Café de la Ville is definitely worth a visit and we also loved the little town of Saint Aignan.
